Who we are

Macon Rodent Control is a locally-owned rodent removal company. Headquartered at 3180 Vineville Ave, Macon, GA 31204. We run maconrodentcontrol.com. It helps homeowners and property managers in Bibb County and the surrounding Middle Georgia region find and schedule rodent control services. What information we collect

This site is built around phone contact, there are no contact forms, email captures, or account registration flows. The information we collect is minimal:

• Call data. When you call (844) 635-0403, standard telephony records apply, the number you call from, the time of the call, and call duration. This data is held by our call-tracking provider (Ringba) and used for scheduling and service-quality purposes.
• Email. If you email contact@maconrodentcontrol.com, we retain that correspondence to handle your inquiry and schedule service. We don't add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare Pages) automatically records standard web server logs, IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, referrer URLs, and timestamps. These logs are used for security and performance purposes and are not sold or shared with third parties for advertising.
• Analytics. If we use web analytics tools, they collect anonymized or aggregated browsing data (page views, session duration, traffic source). We do not use cross-site tracking or behavioral advertising.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to schedule and deliver rodent control services, follow up on active service inquiries, improve the site's content and navigation based on aggregated usage data, and maintain the security and performance of maconrodentcontrol.com.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We do not use your information for behavioral advertising. We do not build customer profiles for resale.

Cookies and tracking technologies

This site may set cookies for the following purposes:

• Functional cookies required for the site to operate correctly (session management, security).
• Analytics cookies anonymized data used to understand how visitors use the site. These do not identify you personally.
• Call tracking our call-tracking provider may set a cookie to associate a phone call with a referring page. This data is used internally to understand which pages drive calls.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Disabling cookies will not affect your ability to call us or receive service.

Third-party services

This site uses the following third-party services, each with its own privacy policy:

• Cloudflare Pages hosting and CDN. Cloudflare processes server log data as described above.
• Ringba call tracking. Ringba records call metadata (number, time, duration) for our internal use.
• Google Fonts font files loaded from Google's CDN. Google may log the font request.
• Google Maps the embedded map on our Contact page is served by Google. Google's privacy policy applies to that embed.

Data retention

Call records and email correspondence are retained for up to 24 months after the last service interaction, then deleted. Server log data is retained per Cloudflare's standard retention policy. If you'd like your contact information removed from our records, email contact@maconrodentcontrol.com and we'll process the request within 30 days.

Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through this site, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Your rights

We give all customers the following rights. The right to know what personal information we hold. The right to request deletion. The right to correct inaccurate information. These apply regardless of state law. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@maconrodentcontrol.com with "Privacy Request" in the subject line. We'll respond within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
